2. What if I need to change my consultation time?

Contact us as soon as possible at support@argovisa.com if you need to change your consultation date or time.

4. What languages are consultations offered in?

We can conduct consultations in English, Spanish, Chinese, Hindi, Portuguese, Farsi, French, Gujarati, Cantonese, and Turkish. You can also bring a translator to your consultation at no extra charge.

5. What nationalities and visa types do you have experience with?

  • a. We have helped applicants from over 150 countries. Our team has worked at 30+ Embassies and Consulates around the world.
  • b. We work with both immigrant and non-immigrant visa applicants in every single visa category. Our team has experience with every visa type due to the diverse knowledge and experience across our team.

6. What consultation duration should you choose?

We offer 3 different consultation durations: Basic (30 minutes), Standard (45 minutes), and Premium (60 minutes). To have more time for mock interviews and Q&A, we recommend you book a Standard or Premium consultation. 7. What’s included in a consultation?

When you book a visa consultation with Argo Visa, you will have a one-on-one personal video meeting with a Former Consular Officer who will prepare you to pass your visa interview successfully.

8. What happens during a consultation?

  • a. Before your consultation, you will fill out a brief questionnaire on your plans and visa history, which your Officer will review before the session.
  • b. During your consultation, your consultant will ask you questions to learn about your purpose of travel, your qualifications, your home ties, any prior travel history or visa applications.
  • c. Then, your consultant will identify for you what will be the important factors in your interview, based on your unique situation: what are your highlights you need to focus on, what hurdles you might need to overcome. Your consultant will give you a strategy for proactively engaging with the Visa Officer so that you maximize your chances of a speedy visa issuance.

10. How does Argo select the best Officer for you?

You will be matched with a Former Visa Officer who is most suited to help you based on your nationality, country of application, visa type, language, and any other unique factors.

11. What payment options do you accept? 

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club International, JCB, Union Pay, Alipay

12. Can my spouse, parent, child, etc. Attend the consultation with me?

Yes, we offer a guest link for all our consultations. You may bring one guest.

13. Do you guarantee I will get my visa?

No. This is impossible, if anyone is saying they can guarantee they can get your visa issued, then they are lying. By using Argo’s services, you will have a much better chance of getting your visa.

14. Is there any prep required for a consultation?

Fill out your questionnaire fully before your consultation. The more information you include, the better. This will allow your consultant to prepare for your meeting in advance and save precious time to focus on implementing your strategy during your session.

15. Can you get a refund if you don't get my visa?

No. Visas can't be guaranteed! Argo does not guarantee you will get a visa, but by using our services, you will have a much better chance of getting your visa.

16. Is there any paperwork? Do you collect any paperwork?

We will review any documents that we judge to be crucial to your visa application, but there are no documents that you must submit when you book a consultation. Just like in a visa interview, the documents are secondary. It is how you present yourself verbally that will determine if you get your visa issued or not.

17. How do you attend the consultation?

2. Click on the Join Consultation button
3. Before your session, we encourage you to test your audio and video on your dashboard

18. How much does an Argo consultation cost?

  • $479 for a Basic (30 minute) standard consultation
  • $639 for a Standard (45 minute) consultation
  • $789 for a Premium (60 minute) consultation for complicated cases, prior refusals and some visa types.

19. Can I contact my officer after the consultation?
